Changed your mind? Not really satisfied with your order? Not a problem. For complete peace of mind, we offer our customers 30 days return policy on all our products. If for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to get in touch with us. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we will make every effort to rectify the issue.

Our return policy is backed with some certain requirements listed below:

Please notify us of your intention to return the order within 7 days of receiving your order.
Ensure the Item is in original condition, undamaged, labels/tags intact and in re-saleable condition.
The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item fails to comply with its Return Guidelines. Every item is inspected before despatch to look for any defects, However in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product, Please get in touch with us ASAP. We will either provide you with a replacement item or provide you with a full refund.

 

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving the item(s) back. Refunds will only made to the same mode of payment initially employed for the transaction. As mentioned before, the refunds will be processed from us within 72 hours once we receive your item back, however certain banks/payment methods take longer to credit your account. You may contact your bank for further information regarding any delays to your refunds.

We don’t charge any admin fee for the returned item(s). If a product that does not adhere to our Returns Policy is returned, we shall not approve the refund and process it. We retain the right not to return a product, not conforming to our Returns Policy. If you are unsure of the legitimacy of your return, please contact our customer service team.
