Once your payment is cleared and order accepted, we aim to process your order within 1-2 working days. For our standard orders, we use Royalmail 48h delivery service. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy page.

We make every effort to inspect each item before it is despatched to the customers to ensure it is not defective. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please don’t worry. Get in touch with us and we will take care of the rest. You may request a replacement item to be sent or a full refund. Please bear in mind that we may request you to send the faulty item back for the quality assurance purposes. We will send you a prepaid label so you don’t have to pay the postage to return the faulty item back to us.

As we are a new business, currently we are only offering women’s clothing (Casual Trousers/Joggers, Magic Trousers/Joggers, Tops, Tracksuits, jackets, Shorts, Knitwear etc.) We are constantly growing our product range, so keep visiting our website to get updated with the latest additions.

The website search bar helps you to search for the desired product. You may also contact us for a certain product you can’t find on our website or its showing as out of stock.

The cart lets you see what products you have selected. Make sure that all the products you are ought to buy are there in the cart. You can make changes to your selections before purchasing. Every time you select a product to buy, it is added to the cart. A final total cost will be calculated after picking out all your products, including the shipping charges. You should always review the cart before checking out.

Start with selecting the products you want to buy; they will be added to your cart. Review the products in your cart after the final selection and proceed to check out. You will need to fill in the necessary billing details, including your Name, Address, City, State, ZIP code, Phone, Email address, password. Once done, click on Place Order and pay for the order.

You can return the unused order to us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, kindly inform us of your intention of returning your order within seven days of receiving it. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking reference number.

Ans: After your order is complete, you will receive an email with your order number for confirmation of your order. Upon receiving your order details, we will send you an email to notify you when your order arrives. We will also let you know when your parcel is dispatched.

Ans: Yes, you can request us to get your order delivered to a different address; this option is available on the Checkout page. Please fill in the Name, Address, City, State, and ZIP code where you want your order to be shipped to.
